Q: What is Self Move

A: Simply its a removal service where all loading and unloading is performed by you we do everything else.

 

Q: What is the process.

1: You put in a request we send out a written quotation. 

2: You except the quote we provide the self move container (placed on the ground at your home or office). 

3: You load your goods we collect and transport them to your new Interstate address (placed on the ground).

4: When Un-loaded we remove the container.

 

Q: How long do we have to load or un-load our goods.

A: Generally we allow 5 days at each location for loading or unloading.

 

Q: How do you lock the container.

A: For your peace of mind we ask that you provide the padlock so you are the only one who has access

this is for your peace of mind.

 

Q: Do you put other peoples things in our container.

A:  NO once you close and lock the container it begins its journey.

 

Q: What happens to our container when you take it.

A: Our preferrence is always to leave immediatley from your home and proceed to your new home ( unless you request otherwise)

 

Q: How long does it take.

A; It all depends on where you are going.

To give you some indication:  Sydney to Perth 3 to 4 days, Melbourne to Brisbane 2 to 3 days, Perth to Cairns 5 to 6 days, Brisbane to Hobart 4 to 5 days these are indicated travel scheduals but will give you an idea.
